To my mind, there are only two further points. In my book, helping a community member to use Microsoft Word (or any other legal third party software) effectively on his Mac certainly qualifies as helping him to get the most out of his Apple product. 'Apple Support Communities exists to enable community members to help each other get the most out of their Apple products and services.' I can find nothing like this either in the Apple Support Communities Terms of Use, or in the Community etiquette. With all due respect, I disagree most vigorously. Please post Office related questions on Microsofts own forums for their Apple products as Apple Communities only provide support for Apple products
